Original proof of purchase from an approved sales channel is required to be eligible for a warranty. You can find the precise warranty information on the literature of the box, in your user manual, or verify with our Customer Service Team at (833) 977-3915 or (949) 418-8836.
A one-year warranty is available for items sold by approved outlets. Warranty replacement does not cover items damaged from improper installation, misuse, or modification.
Some products offer an extended warranty with registration. To register for an extended warranty, email firstname.lastname@example.org within 90 days of your purchase date.

Warranty replacements for international orders require the customer to send the original item back to us. Once the item is received we will ship out a replacement. Please contact our team at email@example.com for details.
This warranty policy applies to all products sold by Lider Electric and purchased through our approved sales channels such as our website and Amazon. This warranty policy is subject to change without notice—last updated 1.1.22.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee as long as the original item and the packaging are not damaged.
Email your order details and list the products being returned to firstname.lastname@example.org to start the return process. You will receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) label to place on the return box. A refund will be applied once the return is received and verified.
The product must be in new condition and not missing any components to be eligible for an exchange. All exchanges require a new order to be placed. A full refund will be applied to the original order once the item is returned.
If a product is determined to be defective, we will send out a replacement unit along with a return label. The defective product must be exchanged within the warranty period to be eligible for a replacement. A credit card must be placed on file for replacements. If the customer does not return the defective unit or has damaged the product with improper use/installation they may be charged for the replacement unit.
