At Lider, we offer warranties, returns, and exchanges for ultimate customer satisfaction.
Original proof of purchase from an approved sales channel is required to be eligible for a warranty. You can find the precise warranty information on the literature of the box, in your user manual, or verify with our Customer Service Team.
A one-year warranty is available for items sold by approved outlets. Warranty replacement does not cover items damaged from improper installation, misuse, or modification.
Some products offer an extended warranty with registration. To register for an extended warranty, email customerservice@lider-electric.com within 90 days of your purchase date.
Warranty replacements for international orders require the customer to send the original item back to us. Once the item is received we will ship out a replacement. Please contact our team at customerservice@lider-electric.com for details.
